Florida Probe Linking Instructions

Eaglesoft

Step 1:
In the 'Lists' menu, select 'Clinical Lists'
In the 'Clinical Lists' menu select 'Application Interfaces'


Step 2:
In the 'Application Interface Manager' window that appears, select 'New'

Step 3:
In the 'New Application Interface' window you must enter the Florida Probe information:
Name: Florida Probe
Location: C:\Program Files\Florida Probe Coporation\FP32\FP32.exe
(This location path is the default location path for the Florida Probe. You may type the path exactly as above or use the 'Browse' button and navigate to the location by selecting the "C:" drive, then the 'Program Files' folder, then the 'Florida Probe Corporation' folder, then the 'FP32' folder, and finally selecting the "FP32.exe" file).
Be sure that 'File Location' is marked and not 'Registry Location'
Parameter 1: Patient ID
Parameter 2: First name
Parameter 3: Last Name
Parameter 4: Date of Birth
Parameter 5: (None)
Add a check mark to the box next to "Add to 'Application Interface Manager' menu
After entering all the information, press the 'OK' button to add the New Application interface.


Step 4:
Florida Probe should now appear in the 'Application Interface Manager' window. Select 'Close'

Step 5:
You may now access the Florida Probe through the 'Activities' menu by selecting 'Clinical Activities' then selecting 'Application Interface Manager' and finally, 'Florida Probe'.

Next, you will see the Patient List appear. The Florida Probe software will be launched upon selection of a patient.
