Florida Probe Linking Instructions

Dentrix

Before attempting the linking procedure, you must be aware that you need to purchase the Florida Probe link program from Dentrix for the integration to function properly.

The Dentrix linking instructions are divided in two sections. The first section is a one-time set-up procedure to enable the functionality of the link. The second section is the implementation procedure that you must go through to start your periodontal exam.

One Time Set-up Procedure

Step 1:
Insert the Florida Probe Link disc in you computer.
The installation process will autostart.

When prompted about the license agreement, click "Yes".

Step 2:
Click "Next" in the set-up dialog box to begin the installation.
It will prompt you when it finishes the installation procedure.

Florida Probe Integration Implementation

Step 1:
With the Florida Probe hardware installed to your computer you may start your regular "Open" procedure for the Dentrix Software.

Step 3:

You may start your regular periodontal exam procedure.
