Launching the Florida Probe Software & Risk Assessment: Explanation of how to launch the Florida Probe software and enter preliminary patient data on the personal page, including information for the Risk Assessment Screening Tool, which calculates a patient's risk of periodontal infection or reinfection based upon their specific risk factors: smoking habits, systemic health, oral hygiene, medications they are taking, genetics, age and other contributing factors. The Florida Probe personal page provides easy access to contact information, notes, missing teeth, medical alerts, patient photo and summary of last visit.
