This is great for special periodontal research on humans or other
uses. Easily chart Recession, pocket depth and even hyperplasia to
record both attachment levels and pocket depth in the same pass. Data
is easily downloaded to other programs for statistical use.

Following several requests that some patients have the possibility of restricted openings or extra deep pockets we now have two new tip options for the Pocket Depth Handpiece.
Shorter Tips
These tips are 7.8mm in length and approximately 3mm shorter than the standard 10.8mm tips. These tips are sold in packages of 3 for $20. Note that the software must have the new FP32 Version 3.0.6.9 (or newer) so that the Probes will calibrate properly. Anyone that has the Version 3.0.6.0 software may download this newer update online for free.
Longer Tips
This new tip will measure approximately 13mm compared to the 10.6mm tips normally used. These special tips are also sold in a package of 3 for $20.
FP32 Handpieces
Our new lightweight autoclavable Handpieces include a replacement titanium tip and tip protector. Each handpiece comes with a one year warranty and is designed to be steam sterilized.
CEJ Probe: For those of you who visited our booth at the IADR dental show in San Diego this year you were the first to preview our new CEJ Probe Handpiece. This handpiece is currently being used in a research project at the University of Florida and was presented as a poster at the IADR with an abstract published as follows:Karpinia K, Magnusson I, Gibbs C, Yang MCK, Primosch L and Hoskins R: Probing Attachment Levels using a CEJ Probe versus Traditional Probes, Journal of Dental Research 81:(Special Issue A), Abstract #792, Page A-121, 2002 A full length manuscript is being submitted for publication.Although this new design requires additional training before use, it has several advantages and may prove to offer additional accuracy for research projects that require a fixed reference point. CEJ Handpieces are now available for $349 each, 2/$599 or 3/$749. |

The Disk and Stent Handpieces require an extra long tip. Each tip is made of implant grade titanium and includes blue visual bands at 3mm, 6mm and 9mm. You may purchase a package of 3 for a suggested retail prize of $15.00 plus freight.
FP Docking Station
Purchase an FP Docking Station for your operatory and benefit from having access to multiple workstations without the need of a second System. If you decide to purchase a second System after ordering an FP Docking Station, we will deduct any money spent toward your second system purchase.
The docking station comes with an extra computer interface and power supply. The FP Docking Station allows you to quickly switch to a different computer in your operatory without the need of disconnecting any cables or wires, just simply connect the handpiece and Footswitch and you are ready to start the next exam.
Free Software Downloads
All versions of the FP Software are free to all purchasers of the full system within 12 months. Please email us your invoice number and office name to receive the download password. For purchases beyond 12 months the software upgrade is discounted to $495.00.
FP Parallel Dongle Key FP-Dongle keys are used to provide full access to the FP32 Software and allow keyboard data entry. Parallel Dongle keys can connect to a parallel port. When ordering please specify which type of FP-Dongle key you would prefer.
FP USB Dongle Key FP-Dongle keys are used to provide full access to the FP32 Software and allow keyboard data entry. USB Dongle keys can connect to a USB port. When ordering please specify which type of FP-Dongle key you would prefer.
This new and improved user manual contains 50 pages of information, step by step instructions and a wide variety of pictures for your review. Having extra manuals on hand can aid in training and keeping your staff up to date. |
Software Only
The FP32 Windows Software can be purchased separately from the Probe Hardware for keyboard entry, digital data storage and to generate full color anatomical printouts. One workstation license (FP-Dongle key) is included. Also included is a voice activated Olympus 3 hour digital recorder (hands free), batteries included.
FP32 Software Upgrade The FP32 Software Upgrade is discounted to current users (free within 12 months of System purchase) and DOS customers wishing to upgrade for $495.00 plus freight. It includes a new User Manual and intalls from a CD-Rom.
